Re-Gathering Plan!

Plan for Moving Forward amidst COVID-19 Pandemic

As our State and Nation begin to open up more, we at LBT will look forward to returning to our worship and certain activities, done in a safe and responsible way.


While we have put together a plan in place, this is a flexible plan that will be reviewed and modified on a continuous basis as the State and Nation monitor the outcome of opening back up. As time goes on, we may need to add restrictions or may be able to loosen them depending on circumstances -


Opening dates: May 24th—Drive-In Service 10:30 am, May 31st-Service in Auditorium 10:30am Plan for opening up Sunday mornings:


-We will continue to stream the services online; if you have a cold, coughing or fever please stay at home - Our leadership will assess the situation at a later time and determine when other ministries can resume at a future date. -


 -In at least the first month we will not have Super Church, but will consider having that in the weeks to come as we assess how many kids are coming, how many are willing to volunteer, and the overall feasibility of doing it in a safe way. In the meantime, we will try to have something for the kids to work on during the service. - Initially, we will not have a staffed nursery available during the service. Again, as time goes on, we will reassess and consider it in the future.


-There will be no coffee or refreshments in the fellowship hall. - The drinking fountain will not be in use.


-There will no shaking hands or ‘meet and greet’ time.

Our Ushers and Greeters will have masks on, we strongly encourage people to wear masks into the service.

- Our ushers will guide you where to sit in the auditorium, they will ask you to sit in areas that will keep safe distance. We ask families to sit together and keep a safe distance from other families by using every other row of seats.

- We ask parents not to let their young children run around the inside of the church.

- If people want to catch up with others, we ask you to remain outside and talk at a safe distance, until you are ready to go home.

- We ask people to make sure they do not leave anything behind in the chairs. Please do not bring drink or food items in the auditorium.

-As long as the weather permits, the doors to the auditorium will be open before, during, and after the service to prevent many hands from touching the same door handles

-Additional efforts will be made for sanitation purposes-doors to auditorium left open, “well-being table will have these items available for you. Hand sanitizer will be available in the lobby and restrooms. Masks and gloves will be available at the Wellness Table. Thermometers are available if you choose to have a fever check. o Common areas (bathrooms, lobby, hallways, and sanctuary) will be disinfected both before and after the services
